Zubrowka Spicy Power

Zubrowka Korzenna Moc is a flavored version of the traditional Zubrowka vodka that is infused with cinnamon. The name "Korzenna Moc" can be translated from Polish to English as "Spicy Strength" or "Cinnamon Power", referring to the strong and spicy flavor of the cinnamon infusion. To make Zubrowka Korzenna Moc, the traditional rye-based vodka is infused with a tincture of cinnamon sticks. The cinnamon sticks are steeped in the vodka for a period of time to extract the flavor and aroma compounds from the spice. The resulting infused vodka is then bottled and sold, usually at around 30% alcohol by volume (ABV).
